Integration Support After Your Retreat: A Path to Lasting Transformation
At Paojilhuasca, we know that the true work often begins after the retreat ends. The ceremonies open the door—but it’s the integration that allows healing, insight, and transformation to take root and grow in your daily life.
Our Integration Support Plan is designed to help you:
- Learn how to keep, manage, and deepen the insights received during ceremony
- Awaken your personal curiosity, build self-confidence, and empower yourself to become more independent in your healing path
- Create intentional space and time in your everyday life for continued inner work
- Turn this process into a regular practice, and eventually, into a more grounded and integrated way of being
- Learn how to work on yourself, with the support of a professional guide and a caring community
What makes this integration path different?

What’s Included in the Plan?
For $100 USD, you receive four guided integration activities, recommended at a pace of one per week:
- Before joining the first session, a 15-minute personalized orientation call is required to tailor the experience to your specific needs and intentions.
- 2 Conscious Connected Breathwork Sessions Led by our experienced guide Caterina, these online sessions are powerful tools to process emotions, reconnect with the body, and release what no longer serves you. Each breathwork session includes a 30 minutes chat with Caterina afterward for personal insights and guidance.
- 2 Community Talking Circles Held in the sacred tradition of circle sharing, these live online gatherings offer a safe and empathetic space to speak, be witnessed, and support others walking the same path. The healing continues through community, reflection, and resonance.
When & How?
We meet online once per week, on either Thursday or Sunday—you choose the day that works best for you.
Each integration plan includes four sessions (two breathwork and two talking circles), which can be completed within one or two months at your own rhythm.
Each group starts with a minimum of 4 participants.
If there are not enough people to form a group, you will receive a personalized 1:1 session at the same price, ensuring continuity and support on your path.
